Disclosure
How Devhok labels sponsored and affiliate content, and what it does when a vendor pays for coverage.
Sponsored content
Sponsored content is always labelled on the page and in its metadata. A paid placement never changes a verdict, and a verdict is never withheld because of payment.
Affiliate links
Affiliate programmes are stored per tool in a data file. A programme that has not been applied is recorded as such, so a placeholder link can never ship as if it were a real one.
